About
Founded December 4, 2021, four "angry black women" created The S.P.O.T. stemming from their undergraduate experience at a predominately white institution (PWI). Dealing with racism and adversity, they are fighting to create a space where everyone can feel welcome, celebrated, and comfortable. The primary goal of The S.P.O.T is to create emotional safety within the black community for everyone.
Mission
Our mission is to facilitate education and empowerment within the community by cultivating conversations, experiences, and service.
Vision
Our vision is to create an inclusive space that makes you feel at home regardless of your background, beliefs, or identity.

The S.P.O.T has 3 core values:
